The Beginning

Mike Marchand founded Mike Marchand Construction with a commitment to quality craftsmanship and honest service. Starting with small residential projects, the foundation was laid for what would become a trusted name in construction.

1980s-1990s

Growth & Expansion

As word spread about our quality work and reliable service, we expanded into larger projects including pole barns, additions, and full home constructions. The second generation joined the business, bringing fresh perspectives while maintaining our core values.

2001

A New Chapter

Renamed to Craftsmen Home Builders LLC, we focused more intensively on new home construction and comprehensive remodels. This evolution reflected our growing expertise and capability to handle complex residential projects from foundation to finish.
